TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Services
4U provide tickets for almost any event throughout the world. We purchase practically every ticket above face value and the price charged reflects our cost of offering our customers access to premium seating and sold out events. For seats to very popular events, the cost can be several times the face value.

2. Policies
Tickets are sold in pairs, 4’s, 6’s etc. Odd amounts of tickets cannot be guaranteed together, neither can rows nor sections.

3. Price
All prices are quoted in euros and are subject to Vat @ 21%. If your first choice of ticket is not available we reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade (partial refund) the order to the next available category or to cancel the order with a full refund. All deposits are non refundable.

4. Payment - Tickets Only

4.1 Once a client has received confirmation of availability and price of tickets and wishes to proceed, 4U will then send the client a booking form to sign and return. Once this booking form has been signed and returned a contract shall be deemed to have been made between 4U and the client.

4.2 The booking form also outlines how payment can be made i.e. cheque, electronic transfer, bank draft, Visa, MasterCard, Laser or Maestro. Please note that funds must clear before tickets can be issued.

4.3 There is a handling fee of 3% on all credit card transactions.

4.4 The full price of the booking must be paid immediately upon acceptance of the booking. Once a booking has been made tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded

4.5 Should an event for any reason be cancelled or rescheduled 4U will strictly only be liable for the face value of the ticket.

5. Cancellation / Reschedule

5.1 In the event of cancellation by the client of ticket only purchases, the client shall be liable for the total price of the booking.

5.2 4U shall not be held responsible for damages, delays, cancellations or unavailability of public or private transportation caused by an act of God, acts of war, riot, civil commotion, acts of State, strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability, or by the occurrence of any other event beyond the control of 4U.

5.3 If an event date/time is rescheduled or postponed, there are no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. Generally, the original tickets issued will be honored for the new date/time of the event. 4U is not responsible for providing information or instructions regarding particular event or venue policies. We suggest that you go to the official website for the performer and/or the venue for specific instructions as soon as any rescheduling or postponement is announced. However, if you contact the offices of 4U when an announcement is made, we will be happy to assist you in obtaining information when we are able.

6. Force Majeuer

Both 4U and the client shall be released from any further obligations regarding an event in the event of a national emergency where governmental regulation, cancellations of event by third parties or if any cause beyond the Client’s or 4U’s reasonable control renders the performance of any event impossible. This provision shall not relieve the Client of its obligation to pay for all tickets in full.

7. Alterations to advertised tickets

7.1 All advertised tickets are subject to availability

7.2 Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised tickets but any package may be altered or omitted or dates changed either before of after confirmation of the booking. Where such changes occur prior to the confirmation of the booking, 4U accepts no contractual liability. Where such changes occur after confirmation of the booking, 4U agrees to use reasonable endeavors to provide a reasonable alternative package and the client agrees to accept such reasonable alternative package.

7.3 4U have the right to change the price applicable to a booking (upwards or downwards) at any time prior to a booking being accepted.

8 Incorrect Tickets

8.1 Upon receiving your tickets, please check them immediately to verify that the event, date, time, and seat location are correct. If the tickets you receive are not the same ones you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours from receipt of the tickets. One of our team will give you instructions for returning the tickets, at the expense of 4U. We will then do our very best to fill the original order. If we are unable to provide you with the tickets you ordered at that time, you will be given the option of canceling your order or accepting comparable tickets.

9 Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Tickets - After Receipt by Customer

While we always try to accommodate our customers, we are not the original source of the tickets and are therefore unable to reprint or reissue replacements should yours become lost, stolen, or damaged. Upon receiving your tickets, please treat them the same as cash and keep them in a safe, secure place until the event.

10 Pick Up of Tickets
In some cases, such as purchases made the day of an event, we are unable to ship tickets via a secure courier service. In these cases, we can often set up pickups in the name of the client. Pick up tickets are usually left at the venue or nearby, such as a restaurant or hotel. Customers will be asked to provide photo identification at the time of pickup. Exact instructions for pick up will vary depending on the event and venue, so please provide a working phone number to 4U in order to facilitate such communication.
4U is not responsible for tickets left at a pick up location if the client fails to pick up their ordered tickets. Please call us immediately if tickets are not at the pick up designated location.

11. Liability of 4U Hospitality Ltd

11.1 The client hereby acknowledges that 4Uacts as agent of the client in arranging the booking and that 4U will not be liable for any misrepresentations, negligence, contractual or tortuous loss of any kind whatsoever suffered by the client or any due to any act or omission by or on behalf of any third party.

11.2 In any event, 4U shall not be liable for death or personal injury suffered by the client or it's guests arising out of the booking. This limitation of liability shall also extend to any loss or damage sustained by property or belongings of the client or any of the client's guests or for any further costs, demands or expenses incurred or suffered by the client arising out of the booking.

11.3 4U will not be liable for any cancellation of or alteration to the booking or any loss or damage to the client arising out of circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to any act of god, natural disaster or act of terrorism.

12. Law and Construction
The contract shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with Republic of Ireland law and the parties hereby submit for all purposes of and in connection with the agreement to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Republic of Ireland Courts.

13. Notices
Any notice required to be given to the client shall be sent to the address of the recipient as given on the booking form. A notice shall be deemed to have been served if delivered by hand, if by telex or facsimile when sent and if by post 48 hours after posting.

14. Entire Agreement
The agreement embodies the entire agreement between the parties and there are no other terms conditions or obligations other than those contained herein.
