Check in at Dublin Airport (or alternative) for your overnight flight to South Africa.
FRIDAY 19TH JUNE
Arrive at the Johannesburg International Airport and then board your connecting flight to Durban. Arrive at the Durban International Airport and meet and greet by local representatives. Transfer by executive coach to the Morningside Hotel (20-30 mins drive from the airport) located in a great part of Durban where you will enjoy three nights and full breakfast daily. The remainder of the day is at leisure to explore the beach (5 mins by cab), numerous restaurants, shops and attractions in the area. This evening we have put on a complimentary BBQ located on the hotels rooftop overlooking the ABSA stadium, venue for tomorrow’s first test match!

SATURDAY 20TH JUNE
It’s the first Test Match today!
Enjoy a hearty breakfast followed by transfer to the marquee hospitality venue directly outside the ABSA Stadium and experience the best Test Match party in rugby! Enjoy a sumptuous three course Local South African “Braaivleis” (BBQ), consisting of lamb on the spit, boerewors (South African sausages), steaks etc with plenty of beer and wine!

15.00h: British & Irish Lions vs. Springboks, ABSA Stadium
17.00h: Meet at the Hospitality venue for snacks and drinks. Executive coach transfer back to your hotel after the party.
SUNDAY 21ST JUNE
Full day at leisure and we recommend a day on the beach, a round of golf, a trip to the casino, shark cage fishing etc.
MONDAY 22ND JUNE
Transfer to Durban International Airport for your flight from Durban to Cape Town. On arrival at Cape Town International Airport, you will transfer by executive coach to your hotel (Upper 3* Cape Hollow or 4* City Lodge Mowbray) where you will enjoy four nights and full breakfast daily.
The Cape is set between two seas, between East and West and for nearly 350 years the European cultures of the Atlantic ocean, the Eastern cultures of the Indian Ocean, and the cultures of the African interior have met and mingled here. This mix has influenced food, architecture, lifestyle, customs, and gardens. The best way to investigate Cape culture is to walk, look, talk, listen, eat and drink the Cape.
The famous Waterfront is situated between Robben Island and Table Mountain in the heart of Cape Town's working harbour and is set against a backdrop of magnificent sea and mountain views, exciting shopping, excellent restaurants and entertainment venues.
TUESDAY 23RD JUNE
Ollie Le Roux - the former Springbok legend and Leinster favourite joins us for the next three days!
Enjoy a hearty breakfast and then a morning at leisure. That afternoon take the transfer to the Newlands Stadium for the
British & Irish Lions vs. Emerging Springboks at Newlands Stadium.
After the match there is an executive coach transfer back to your hotel.
WEDNESDAY 24TH JUNE
Today is at your leisure but we would recommend:
a) A Winelands tour with Ollie including lunch and plenty of the wine!
b) A full day tour to the Cape Point, the Southern most tip of Africa including lunch in Fishoek at the famous navy restaurant, The Brass Bell. It is advisable to book early as this is a very popular tour.
Tour starts at 09.00 and ends at 16.00.
c) There is numerous fishing; sightseeing and helicopter trips available on the Waterfront and of course plenty of golf!
THURSDAY 25TH JUNE
Today is also at your leisure but we would recommend:
a) Ollie will be hosting this day which starts with breakfast and then a trip to a beautiful farmer’s beach where you go crayfish catching. The crayfish are then cooked for you on a BBQ on the beach and enjoyed with really good SA wine.
b) A sightseeing tour of the famous Table Mountain and Robben Island where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned.

FRIDAY 26TH JUNE
Transfer to Cape Town Airport for your flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg. On arrival at Johannesburg International Airport, you will be transferred by executive coach to the Randburg Mercure Hotel where you will enjoy five nights and full breakfast daily.
Rest of the day at leisure or enjoy one of our many suggested day trips.
SATURDAY 27TH JUNE
It’s the second Test Match today!
Enjoy a hearty breakfast and at 12pm take the transfer (40 minute drive) to the hospitality marquee in Loftus Stadium for a sumptuous three course local specialty meal and of course plenty of beer and wine!

17.00h: Meet at the Hospitality venue for snacks and drinks. Executive coach transfer back to your hotel after the party.
SUNDAY 28TH JUNE
Day at leisure or enjoy one of our many Johannesburg excursions including a trip to one of the best Casinos in South Africa just 10 minutes away!
MONDAY 29TH JUNE
Day at leisure or enjoy why not take an optional tour by Executive Coach (only an hours drive) to the nothing less than fantastic private Plumari Game Reserve Lodge. The Plumari reserve is over 4,500 acres in size and unlike Kruger Park you are guaranteed to see amazing wildlife including giraffe, rhino, elephant, hippo, lions, crocodile, water buffalo, impala, warthog etc. Enjoy a morning game drive followed by lunch then an afternoon lion game drive and then return transfer to your hotel.
 
TUESDAY 30TH JUNE

Transfer by executive coach to the 4* Graceland’s Resort for three nights and full breakfast daily

Payment Terms Per Person: Non-refundable €1,000 booking deposit, €1,500 due end of February 2009 and balance due end of April 2009.

Hotels: The hotels are secured by 4U Hospitality Ltd.
Match Tickets: Match tickets are guaranteed 100% and can be distributed in advance of departure if required.
Staffing: The entire tour will be staffed by 4U Hospitality, Trevor Brennan and our ground handlers in South Africa. Our staff will be on hand throughout to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable trip.
Upgrades: We also have 5* packages so please contact us and we can quote accordingly.
Changes to Itinerary: We reserve the right to alter the itinerary but we would always maintain the same level of hotel rating as outlined above.
Excursions: We will offer a full range of excursions throughout and based on experience these will be “opt in" rather than always included in the package. The list of excursions is by no means limited to our suggestions and additional excursions can and will be offered and rounds of golf etc can also be organised on request.
